What Does Therapy Look Like at Home?
We evaluate your home and make suggestions for your safety. There might be home modifications or obtaining adaptive equipment. Physical therapist often time may bring portable equipment including a table to assist with the treatment.
What Happens During the Therapy Session?
Physical Therapist mostly does manual work by applying hands-on approach such as joint mobilization for stiff muscles, or soft tissue work to stretch the muscle and various types of massage techniques for the muscle relaxation and to improve blood flow circulation.
Do I need a Referral to See a Therapist?
In the state of Florida you can see a physical therapist without a referral for up to 30 days. You can also be seen up to 10 sessions without a referral. This is called direct access. This allows you to get your treatment sooner and quick recovery. We can always obtain referral later.
I don’t have $200 per Session?
Tell us about your financial situation, and we will work with you on a special discount. We can establish a payment plan which can be discussed.
Can I Be Seen by the Same Therapist?
Yes you will be seen by the same therapist every session 1:1 personalized treatments for 45-60 minutes per session.
What if I Have a Medicare?
We do accept medicare out of netowrk and will handle all the benefits verification for you including what deductible that has been met .
